Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money order, cashier's check or personal check (10 day hold on all personal checks). No personal checks are accepted from customers outside of USA. Send checks/money orders to: Video Gaming Chair Store, Ltd., 1935 S. Plum Grove Road, #129, Palatine, IL 60067 (check /money order must be received within 5 days of order)

Shipping:

Shipping costs shown are for ground shipment in the United States. For a shipping quote for air shipment and/or delivery outside the United States - Please email us at: Support@VideoGamingChairStore.com.

Most products are shipped ground via UPS or USPS. Some oversized items ship via freight.

Sales tax

Orders for delivery within Illinois will be charged 10% sales tax.

Returns & Refunds

To minimize returns, please examine the description of the product carefully before you place an order. If you have any questions, email us at Support@VideoGamingChairStore.com

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase, within 30 days, for a refund (shipping is not refundable). All products must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Email us at Support@VideoGamingChairStore.com for a return authorization number and instructions on returning products.

ALL Merchandise is brand new and is covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please don't hesitate to email or call us for assistance with warranty claims!
